Working Conditions:

• Combination of office work and travel, including leading tours.

• Requires flexibility to manage tasks both as a Sales Executive and as a Tour Leader.

• May involve extended hours and weekend work, depending on tour schedules.

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Promote and sell outbound leisure packages, including customised tours, free and easy packages, flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel services.

• Understand customers’ travel needs, budget, and preferences before recommending suitable packages.

• Attend to enquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.

• Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and encourage repeat bookings.

• Build good relationships with customers and support the Company’s effort to grow travel communities.

• Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
  
  

2. Booking Follow-Up

• Prepare quotations and follow up on confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Ticketing, Product, and suppliers to ensure travel arrangements are handled properly.

• Ensure customer details, booking information, payment status, and travel requirements are clearly updated and communicated.
  
  

3. Tour Leading, If Assigned

• Lead or accompany tours when required by the Company.

• Assist customers during the tour and ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.

• Handle any issues, changes, or emergencies during the tour professionally.

• Ensure customers have a safe and pleasant travel experience.
  
  

4. Customer Support

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Follow up with customers before, during, and after their trip where necessary.

• Provide good service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Reports & Documentation

• Keep proper records of sales, enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare sales reports, tour updates, and other documents when required.

• Ensure all booking and customer information is accurate and properly filed.
  
  

Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
