• Diploma or degree with two or more years of sales coordination, customer service or manufacturing support experience.

• Strong written communication, spreadsheet and documentation skills.

• Experience in printing, packaging, labels or FMCG supply is an advantage.

• Able to remain calm and accurate when managing urgent requests.

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, artwork approvals, delivery schedules and after-sales follow-up.

• Translate customer requirements into clear internal instructions and confirm that specifications are complete.

• Monitor open orders and coordinate priorities with Production, QC, Purchasing and Logistics.

• Maintain quotation, sample, approval, complaint and customer-contact histories.

• Support account growth by identifying repeat orders, inactive accounts and new product opportunities.

• Communicate delays or risks early and propose practical recovery actions.
