Job Description

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, cashier, hospitality, or F&B is an advantage.

  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.

  • Good numerical and cash-handling skills.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage customer seating and table arrangements.

  • Handle reservations and assist customers with enquiries.

  • Operate the cashier system and process payments accurately.

  • Handle cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment methods.

  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.

  • Assist with customer feedback and requests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area.

  • Support the restaurant team with daily operations when required.
