Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. Candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering are preferred.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

This position is preferably for Mandarin speakers.

Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.

Develop project plans, including scope, timelines and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing and quality assurance.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to required quality standards.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
