Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies to arrange transportation.

Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on their status.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related transactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
