Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess valid Malaysian Driving license with clean driving record.

Experienced in driving luxury cars.

Able to navigate and use necessary tech application ( Waze, Google Maps, etc.).

Familiar with all roads in Klang Valley.

Able to work overtime whenever required.

Must be willing to work in Damansara Heights.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.

Safely drive the Director's family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the Director / Director's Office.

Ensure the car is clean at all times by washing / cleaning / vacuuming interior and exterior of the car.

Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.

Renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc with consultation from Director / Director's Office.

Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.

Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications)

Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car and travel.

Carry out other admin assignments (mailing, groceries, bill payment, banking of cheques etc) as instructed by the Director / Director's Office.

Other ad-hoc tasks / projects as requested by the Director / Director's Office or appointed managers of the Company.
