Education: Minimum SPM, PMR, SKM, secondary school education, or equivalent (entry-level / fresh candidates welcomed).

Working Schedule & Availability:Willingness to work inrotational shifts (e.g., morning/night shifts) and work on-site in Bayan Lepas.

Technical & Operational Capabilities:

• Ability to read, understand, and strictly follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and Work Instruction sheets.

• Basic record-keeping skills to accurately log production output, machine downtime, and rejected parts.

• Ability to meet set daily/weekly production targets for both quantity and quality.

Core Competencies & Safety:

• Strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, workplace hazard reporting, and safety protocols.

• Disciplined approach to maintaining 5S / good housekeeping and a clean working environment.

• Good discipline, punctuality, and ability to work under general supervision.

Operate machines in accordance with Manufacturing Process Instructions and Work Instruction sheets

Support and contribute to the improvement of production procedures, processes, and controls

Achieve assigned production targets for quantity and quality

Ensure product quality meets company standards, mission, and vision requirements

Accurately record production output, downtime, and rejects

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Comply with EHS requirements, attend safety induction training, and actively identify workplace hazards to prevent incidents

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
