WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–2 years experience in digital marketing, paid social, or a related internship

• Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — through work, internship, personal projects or freelance

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and not intimidated by numbers

• Detail-oriented — you double-check budgets, targeting and links before hitting publish

• Good written English; able to communicate clearly in a team

• Genuinely interested in advertising and social media, not just applying for any marketing job

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone early in their paid media career who wants to learn media buying properly. You'll work directly under our Senior Media Buyer, starting with campaign setup and reporting, and progressively taking ownership of your own campaigns and budgets.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be curious about numbers, careful with details, and willing to ask questions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up and launch Meta campaigns following briefs and account structures set by the senior buyer

• Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anything unusual — spend spikes, rising CPMs, disapproved ads•      Pull and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Help run creative and audience tests; keep the testing log updated

• Upload and organise creative assets; maintain naming conventions and account hygiene•      Support pixel checks, UTM tagging and basic tracking QA
