Prepared and served a variety of tea-based beverages, milk teas, fruit teas, specialty drinks, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Welcomed customers warmly, took orders accurately, and provided friendly and efficient customer service.

Recommended suitable drinks, toppings, sweetness levels, and customization options based on customer preferences.

Operated the POS system to process orders, payments, discounts, vouchers, and promotions accurately.

Handled cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallet payments while ensuring accurate transactions.

Maintained consistent beverage quality by following standardized recipes, portion sizes, brewing methods, and preparation procedures.

Prepared tea ingredients, toppings, syrups, fruits, milk, and other beverage components before daily operations.
