Full Time Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,700 in AGENSI PEKERJAAN LME MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Sungai Petani - Ricebowl

Responsibilities and Authorities :

1. To ensure that quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.

2. To ensure that processes are delivering the intended outputs.

3. To report on the performance of the quality management systen and on opportunities for improvements.

4. To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organisation.

5. To ensure that integrity of the quality management system is maintained when there are changes to the quality management system.

6. To ensure that the wages/salaries are updated and employees are being paid on time.

7. To update on the bank balance of LME, UBS, and JVC every morning.

8. To process payments using online banking and writing cheque to make payments when necessary.

9. To record any claims using petty cash in an excel file for monthly reference.

10. To calculate monthly salary of the employees in the office.

11. To calculate PCB for every month online before processing monthly salary.

12. To record KWSP, SOCSO, and EIS every month before 15th.

13. To check, photocopy and filing necessary documents for future reference.

14. To generate invoice to send to customers and subcontractors.

15. To perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
