Requirements
Diploma or above.
4–6 years of Customer Service / Order Processing experience.
Experience handling high-volume orders and quotations.
Good communication skills and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and purchase order processing.
Prepare quotations, RFQs, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales, Shipping, and Accounts.
Resolve order, delivery, and pricing issues.
