Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field

Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project

Possess good organisation and time management skills

Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork

Flexible, able to travel and work long hours

Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors, responsible for the overall coordination of the project, including project planning, budgeting and cost control, and the implementation of safety and quality systems.

Follow up on the application for planning and construction drawing approvals with local government departments.

Ability to review construction drawings and estimate building materials.

Assist in project implementation and supervision of on-site construction progress.

Prepare relevant reports as required by the Project Manager.
