Must have at least 1 year of experience in property listing acquisition/development. Candidates without relevant experience are not encouraged to apply.

Familiar with secondary residential property listings and the real estate market.

Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with Lark, Excel, or CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Able to work from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a regular working day.

Source, develop, and maintain secondary property listings while building long-term relationships with property owners.

Verify property listing details, including pricing, photos, and ownership information.

Follow up on listing progress and coordinate between the sales team and property owners.

Update the property listing system to ensure all information is accurate, authentic, and up to date.

Continuously source and develop high-quality and exclusive property listings.
