Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in marketing, business development, or the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Familiar with social media management and digital marketing.

Good communication, planning, and execution skills.

Able to independently develop international clients and business partnerships.

Fluent in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Able to work from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a regular working day.

Develop and expand the real estate market in Malaysia and overseas.

Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Develop and engage clients from multiple countries through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and LinkedIn.

Build strategic partnership channels and expand international client networks and business partnerships.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve client conversion rates and strengthen brand awareness.

Analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies to improve overall business performance.
