Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR & Account Executive or in a similar role, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, and basic accounting.
- Familiar with invoicing, payment processing, and financial records.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and good with confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations.
- Manage accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate HR and financial records.
- Handle employee matters, HR enquiries, and employee relations.
- Prepare basic HR and accounting reports for management.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliation and financial documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
- Ensure HR and accounting processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
