Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales or related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Technical knowledge and experience in industrial products/solutions will be an added advantage.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic report preparation.

Promote and sell the company's products and solutions to customers through appointments and site visits.

Prepare quotations, recommend suitable products, handle pricing and negotiations, and close sales deals while maintaining profit margins.

Plan sales activities and strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and propose suitable solutions to customers.

Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.

Develop new customers and business opportunities across assigned industry sectors.
