A) Operational Assistance
Address day-to-day operational matters efficiently.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Assist in general office tasks such as paying utilities, checking the mailbox, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Schedule lorry trip
B) Data Entry and Excel
Consolidate and manage data using Excel for reporting and analysis.
C) Administrative Tasks
Handle admin tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.
D) Documentation and Reporting
Accurately prepare and organize forms and important documents.
