Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
Min 1-2 years of procurement/purchasing/sales coordinator/supply chain related working experience
Well-versed in Microsoft excel and preferably in Oracle or ERP system
Good logical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work independently
Responsibilities
Daily sales order creation for shipment.
Follows up with Planner, order management, warehouse and logistics to expedite shipment to CM - ship release, move order request, pick, pack, ship & release to forwarder.
Expedite logistics team on urgent shipment to ensure shipment being shipped at soonest.
Work closely with CM & warehouse to fix sales order backordered issues.
Prepare shipment commit to CM.
Invoices copy extraction & update payment advise from CM.
Work closely on the problematic invoices, such as price variance, PO qty mismatch qty.
Handle RMA return/scrap case till closure & credit note issuance.
Execute & involve in inventory transfer activities.
