Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.

  • Min 1-2 years of procurement/purchasing/sales coordinator/supply chain related working experience

  • Well-versed in Microsoft excel and preferably in Oracle or ERP system

  • Good logical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Daily sales order creation for shipment.

  • Follows up with Planner, order management, warehouse and logistics to expedite shipment to CM - ship release, move order request, pick, pack, ship & release to forwarder.

  • Expedite logistics team on urgent shipment to ensure shipment being shipped at soonest.

  • Work closely with CM & warehouse to fix sales order backordered issues.

  • Prepare shipment commit to CM.

  • Invoices copy extraction & update payment advise from CM.

  • Work closely on the problematic invoices, such as price variance, PO qty mismatch qty.

  • Handle RMA return/scrap case till closure & credit note issuance.

  • Execute & involve in inventory transfer activities.
