Requirements
-Minimum SPM (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
-Good communication & interpersonal skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-Team player with positive attitude
-Can speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Responsibilities
-Call existing bank customers to promote products (Cards, Personal Financing, CASA, Premier)
-Achieve daily & monthly sales targets (calls, talk-time, submissions)
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
-Work closely with team to plan and improve sales performance
-Provide professional and clear product information
-Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements
-Update customer records in the system
-Attend training and team meetings
