Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above
Two years of working experence
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese
Responsibilities
Oversee day to day sales counter operation and ensure its smooth running.
Handle on departments’ administrative work, and pick up phone call.
Responsible on lot reserve and on hold cases.
Handle confirmation to purchase submission, lot enquiries, reservations and confirmations, transfer and cancellation cases.
Monitor and update customer database and zone plan for sold out lots.
Able to handle on customers and agents’ inquiries.
Issue temporary receipt and official receipt and handover the daily sales collection as per scheduled to Site Admin.
Brief customers and agents on products and promotions and resolve complaints.
Update daily burial and urn or pedestal installation record, sold out lots and customer database for management review and analysis.
Full collaboration with service team colleagues and related department to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation rite.
Any other duties as assigned by the management and superior to you from time to time.
