Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Puchong, Selangor and surrounding areas) to meet clients and prospects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage.

  • A valid driving license and a willingness to use a personal vehicle for sales calls (mileage reimbursement may be provided).

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to cover a designated sales route.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

  • Willingness to work full-time and be based onsite in Puchong, Selangor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the assigned outdoor territory.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, and building a strong sales pipeline.

  • Effectively present and demonstrate product value propositions to potential customers, addressing their needs and overcoming objections to close sales.

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices to drive overall sales performance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the company's CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive engagement and effective territory management.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
