Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, leasing, commercial, or sales.

Experience in the retail, supermarket, convenience store, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of tenancy and outlet expansion processes is an advantage.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Willing to travel frequently for site visits and business meetings.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transportation.

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new Bilabila Mart outlets.

Conduct market surveys and feasibility studies for outlet expansion.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers, suppliers, and business partners.

Assist in tenancy negotiations, rental discussions, and commercial agreement preparations.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and expansion reports.

Monitor competitor activities, retail trends, and market opportunities.

Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Project teams during outlet setup and launch.

Track expansion progress and ensure projects meet timelines.

Maintain accurate records of potential sites, negotiations, and business opportunities.

Support strategic initiatives that contribute to sales growth and market expansion.
