• Work Location: Petaling Jaya / Subang Jaya / Ampang Park (On-site)
• ⏰ Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (Shift allowance provided)
• Working Schedule: 5 working days, 2 rest days
• Salary: Basic from RM4,000 (Negotiable based on experience) + KPI incentives + Night Shift Allowance
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat professionally.
Understand customers' needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases to the relevant team when needed.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, service standards, and data privacy requirements.
Work closely with your team to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
