Fresh Graduate are welcome.

Willing to work in Bandar Dato Onn office / Skudai Office / Tiram Site.

Able to complete work under pressure within assigned deadline.

Handle day-to-day counter service operation duties.

Handle confirmation to Purchase submission, lot enquiries, reservation and confirmation, transfer and cancellation of sales.

Handle correction of agent code, change of address, change of lot, transfer of lot and cancellation cases.

Monitor sales material stock maintenance such as brochures; confirmation to Purchase such as monthly movement stock record.

Check and handle verification of sales key in information.

Carry out daily checking and issuing of Official Receipt on payment made by customer via Whatsapp, Wechat or any other channel.

Handle payment received, issuance of Temporary Receipt and Official Receipts.

Assist to reduce the operation risk to minimum level and execute the corrective or preventive action in order to ensure the smooth running of counter service operation.

Participate as an action team on any company event.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
