Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail branch management.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
• Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, leadership, and display
skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with good interpersonal skills; able to multitask and
work under pressure.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the performance of Field Managers and outlet teams
across assigned locations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, shrinkage, and profitability of
each outlet.
• Develop action plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational
efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards in cleanliness,
merchandising, and staff performance.
• Ensure all stores maintain compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and
company policies.
• Provide full effort on recruitment, training, coaching, and staff development.
• Coordinate and support store openings, relocations, or refurbishments.
• Lead implementation of marketing and promotional activities at the store level.
• Manage budgets, inventory levels, and operational expenses.
• Act as a key problem-solver for store-level issues or escalations.
• Prepare and present reports to management on performance and operational
challenges.
• Required to travel outstation and conduct on-site duties at store locations as
needed.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
