Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and coordinate shipment consolidation with overseas agents for both air and ocean freight.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Identify customer needs, investigate concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and support.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates on shipment status.
