Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and festive periods when required.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
Minimum 1–2 years working experience in operations, customer service, temple services, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
Experience in crowd control, event coordination, or operational support will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge in warehouse, stock, and logistic coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and operational coordination effectively.
Able to multitask and work under pressure during peak operational periods.
Basic supervisory and workforce coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary reception and assistance point for visitors, bereaved families, and funeral processions.
Provide directions, information, and customer service support to visitors.
Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of the Main Temple premises.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure temple facilities are well maintained.
Assist in coordinating funeral processions, memorial services, and temple activities.
Support crowd control and visitor management during major festival periods and religious events.
Monitor temple supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Prepare basic operational records and reports.
Provide relief support to the NMP Retail Outlet when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
