Job Description

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
• Possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders
• Conduct product presentations and provide basic technical support to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports in the company's system
• Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly
