Familiar with short-form content platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Able to handle the full video production process: from content ideation → shooting → editing → final output

Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut

Basic understanding of commercial content and performance-driven (conversion-focused) content

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment

Possess a good sense of visuals, pacing, and content storytelling

Able to read and communicate in Mandarin (English is a plus)

Responsible, execution-driven, and accountable for results

Experience in MCN, short video marketing, or e-commerce content is a plus

Responsible for end-to-end execution of short-form video content (planning, shooting, and editing)

Design content structures aligned with platform algorithms based on company business (MCN / Business IP / Ads)

Develop content direction and styles for different IPs (Founder IP / Business IP)

Execute video shoots, including setup, lighting, and shot composition

Complete video editing, including subtitles, pacing, transitions, and basic effects

Optimize video performance metrics (views, retention rate, conversion rate)

Collaborate with the Ads team to produce performance-driven creatives (ad materials)

Continuously analyze platform trends and optimize content strategies

Participate in content reviews to improve overall output quality
