Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong people-management and team-coaching skills
Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
Responsibilities
1. Operations & Floor Management
• Oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak periods
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service staff.
2. Staff Supervision & Training
• Lead, train, and motivate staff.
• Conduct briefings on updates, promotions, and menu changes.
• Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and hygiene.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline when necessary.
• Ensure self and staff attend and complete Food Handling Course.
3. Customer Service
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service consistency.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support improvements.
4. Quality & Hygiene Control
• Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and HALAL requirement.
• Monitor cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure self and staff complete Typhoid vaccination.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor stock levels of consumables, cutlery, and ingredients.
• Place orders or report shortages to the manager.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage procedures
6. Cashiering & Administrative Tasks
• Assist with daily cash handling / bank-in and POS system accuracy.
• Plan staff schedules and deploy manpower based on business needs.
7. Promotion
• Ensure the proper execution of all planned events and promotional activities.
• Ensure all staff are understanding in the execution and mechanics of promotional activities.
• Ensure all promotional stocks are received and replenished before and during the promotion period.
8. Others
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
