Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or above.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or beauty retail industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Comfortable handling calls, online inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from various online platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and incoming calls.
Follow up on assigned leads and schedule appointments for outlets.
Contact potential customers to introduce outlet promotions, treatments, and services.
Perform consistent follow-up with new leads to improve appointment show-up rates.
Track and reduce appointment cancellations and no-show cases.
Re-engage previous leads to encourage appointment bookings.
Prepare and update daily reports on appointments and customer turn-up rates.
Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers at all times.
Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.
