Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver.

No criminal record.

Good knowledge of local roads and route planning.

Strong commitment to safe driving and passenger safety.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Well-groomed, presentable, and non-smoker.

Able to travel outstation and stay overnight when required.

Able to handle last-minute schedule changes professionally.

Responsible for any traffic summons or penalties arising from personal negligence or violation of traffic laws.

Safely drive the Director to meetings, appointments, events, and other designated locations.

Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.

Remain on standby when required and be available for urgent transportation needs.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.

Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, road tax, and insurance renewals when required.

Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, servicing, and maintenance.

Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director’s personal and business matters.

Assist with ad-hoc errands or assignments as requested by the Director or Management.
