SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER WANTED!!!We don’t hire pixel pushers. We hire taste.

We’re looking for someone who understands design beyond grids and typography — someone who sees mood, proportion, and emotion in every layout.

You’re a fit if you:

• -Have a strong aesthetic sense, editorial eye, and visual direction.
• -Understand composition, negative space, and visual hierarchy as storytelling tools, not just rules.
• -Think in brand identity, not just asset creation.
• -Can create designs that feel elevated, intentional, and never obvious.
• -Are confident across mediums — from digital layouts and editorial typography to motion graphics and campaign packaging.
• -Are comfortable with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Premiere Pro for motion.
• -Are AI-aware — you keep up with emerging AI design tools and integrate them thoughtfully to elevate your output and speed up your workflow.
• -Understand platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and XHS — you know how to make a design stop the scroll without shouting.
• -Bring ideas — not just execution.

• -You rely heavily on design templates, over-used assets, or fleeting internet aesthetics.
• -You need step-by-step instructions or hand-holding through a brief.
• -You create assets without intention, direction, or a deeper understanding of the brand's core.

• Create high-impact designs — focused on absolute quality, not just pumping out volume.
• Turn collections and campaigns into clear visual stories with a consistent, elevated brand identity.
• Own the visual layout — from digital lookbooks and social grids to editorial campaign assets.
• Execute end-to-end design (static & motion) with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution.
• Create visuals that don’t just look good, but drive response — capturing attention, building engagement, and creating desire.
• Stay true to the brand's vibe, while bringing your own fresh perspective that naturally elevates our aesthetic.
• Move fast, test new visual ideas, and refine based on what resonates.
• Occasionally collaborate on art direction for shoots, ensuring the final graphic integration matches the lifestyle/outdoor energy seamlessly.
