Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer information and interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company policies and service standards to ensure quality customer support.
