Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in multiple language will be advantages (English, Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Cina).
Comfortable working with mobile app interfaces, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or helpdesk tools.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis when campaigns are active.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and email.
Assist with app-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Support the marketing team by managing content scheduling and responding to social media engagement.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the app experience and marketing efforts.
Liaise with external parties and vendor to update menu pricing and details across both the mobile app and POS system.
Issue vouchers as required for promotions, refunds, or customer compensation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
