Job Description

Requirements

  • Coordinate publishing production timelines, print specifications, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, printers, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Review print proofs and resolve production issues before final approval.
  • Support budgeting, costing, and sales projections.
  • Coordinate royalty processing, financial reporting, and publishing data.
  • Review sales reports and provide basic analysis.
  • Assist in marketing events, author coordination, and BookFest activities.
  • Coordinate with merchandising team on new titles, order planning, and agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Publishing, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with good time management
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience; experience as a PA/Secretary is an added advantage.
