Comfortable working on-site in Bandar Sunway and travelling when required.

Check documents, entry requirements and prior learning details. Accuracy is your superpower.

Be the connection between students, universities and internal teams. 

Keep everyone updated when there are important application or university changes. 

Follow up on pending actions and make sure nothing gets forgotten halfway. 

Track EMGS visa progress and follow up when an update is needed. 

Keep student records, timelines and application updates clean, accurate and up to date.

Support the team with admin and operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Handle multiple applications at once while keeping an eye on deadlines and details.
