  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.

  • Fresh graduates and individuals with working experience are welcome to apply, comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development will be provided.

  • Strong interest in business development, financial planning, relationship management, and personal growth.

  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, while collaborating effectively within a supportive team environment.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, property, recruitment, entrepreneurship, or business development is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, Malay, and/or Cantonese/Hokkien is an added advantage.

  • Individuals who are ambitious, people-oriented, and serious about building a long-term career in financial services are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, events, social media, and other business development channels.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with individuals, families, and professionals.

  • Understand clients’ financial situations, priorities, and future goals through proper needs analysis and financial reviews.

  • Recommend and present personalised financial planning strategies based on individual client needs and objectives.

  • Provide financial solutions covering areas such as life protection, medical protection, savings, investment, retirement, and legacy planning.

  • Explain financial concepts and solutions in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner to help clients make informed decisions.

  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships through regular reviews, follow-ups, and ongoing financial support.

  • Expand professional networks and strengthen client engagement through social media and digital platforms.

  • Build a professional personal brand through social media and digital marketing with guidance from experienced mentors.

  • Participate in structured training, coaching, role-play sessions, and mentorship programmes to continuously improve financial knowledge, communication, and business development skills.

  • Work closely with experienced mentors and team members to identify new opportunities and support business growth.

  • Work towards individual business development, career progression, and income goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.
