Position: Finance Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily finance and accounting clerical duties.
• Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and payment documents.
• Check and verify invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist with payment processing.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and checking of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial files and documentation.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Perform other finance-related and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiar with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
