About Us

Karisma System (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a security systems company based in Putra Heights, specialising in CCTV, ELV, access control and barrier gate solutions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Admin to support our day-to-day finance and office operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, supplier payments and collection follow-ups
• Process and track payments, bank transactions and petty cash
• Record transactions and maintain accurate records in the accounting software
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closing
• Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions
• Handle general office administration, including filing, documentation, office supplies and correspondence
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors and tax agents when required
• Perform other finance and admin tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in AP/AR, payments and payroll is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero) and payroll systems
• Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organised, trustworthy with confidential information, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
