Responsibilities
We are a newly established medical clinic in Yishun Central. We are looking for a responsible and friendly Clinic Assistant to support our daily operations.
Job Scope
Register patients and manage records using the
Clinic Assist
platform
Dispense medications according to doctor’s instructions
Submit and process insurance claims via relevant portals
Make and receive calls to arrange appointments
Attend to patient enquiries professionally
Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the clinic
Provide general administrative and clinic support
Requirements
Basic computer skills (training on system provided)
Knowledge of medications , good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Prior clinic experience is an advantage but not required
