Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally
• Handle patient enquiries regarding treatments, fees, and clinic policies
• Provide basic financial counselling and assist with payment-related queries
• Perform accurate data entry, filing, and maintenance of patient records
• Support day-to-day clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organised reception area
• Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and/or weekends, based on clinic roster

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy (comfortable with appointment systems, WhatsApp, and email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, patient-oriented, and service-driven attitude
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is an advantage
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience
