The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in Malaysia.
Job Description
- Prepare billing documentation for completed shipments.
- Ensure all shipment costs and revenue are accurately captured in the system.
- Validate billing information before submission to Finance.
- Process billing adjustments, credit notes, and debit notes where applicable.
- Ensure billing is completed within agreed SLA.
A Successful 'Billing Specialist' Should Have
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, or related fields;
- Basic understanding of accounting principles;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or billing is preferred.
- Experience in 3PL/4PL operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, or transportation billing is an advantage.
- Permanent employment.
- Salary from MYR 42000 to MYR 72000.
- Fixed allowance for transport.
- Medical and hospitalisation insurance.
- Yearly Outpatient benefit.
