As our global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel footprint scales, we are looking for a Director of Architecture - Global Commerce & CRM to build, mature, and lead our architecture practice in Singapore.

• Define and evolve our enterprise architecture framework, specifically driving the modernization and scale of their commerce and CRM ecosystems.
• Architect omnichannel retail solutions that bridge digital channels (eCommerce, apps) with physical retail footprints, ensuring seamless order management and a unified customer 360 view.
• Develop platform strategies that incorporate pragmatic AI, automation, and data-driven services, focusing on measurable business impact rather than novelty.
• Connect business strategy to technical execution by partnering directly with IT, product, and data leaders.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of solution and enterprise architects.
• Professionalize the architecture capability, creating clear career frameworks, upskilling internal talent, and establishing a culture of continuous learning.
• Act as a confident communicator who can translate complex technical trade-offs into clear commercial insights for non-technical executives.
• Lead Architectural Review Boards (ARBs), establishing lean, agile-friendly governance that balances rapid innovation with compliance, cost, and risk management.

• Domain Expertise: You have a deep background in Retail and eCommerce solution architecture, with proven success designing solutions for complex, global, high-volume omnichannel organizations.
• Leadership Track Record: You are a strong people manager with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling architecture teams from the ground up.
• A huge plus: You possess extensive, proven experience architecting and governing SAP Commerce (Hybris) and SAP CRM platforms at an enterprise scale.
• Modern Tech Fluency: You have a strong working knowledge of modern data architecture, event-driven integration, and the pragmatic application of AI/automation in retail environments.
