Job Title: Payroll Officer

Location: KL Sentral

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS).
• Stay up to date with Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Ensure the accurate processing of payroll for all employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration and/or payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll software (Securisoft or UBS) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Willing work with alternate Saturday schedule.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
