Pastel Care Hiring! Full Time E-Commerce Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders from various eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure timely and correct picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Liaise with warehouse and courier/logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Manage stock receiving and stock transfers.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with warehouse, outlets, and suppliers for restocking and managing inventory levels and product expiry.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update product listings on eCommerce platforms.
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirement:

• SPM or Diploma
• Previous experience in an eCommerce, retail, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Gmail etc) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
