Job Summary
Begin with practical training and real-world customer engagement to develop sales fundamentals, represent brands professionally, and build capabilities through coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
Represent established brands by engaging customers face-to-face to promote products and services effectively
Introduce products and services clearly and respond promptly to customer enquiries to support sales goals
Participate actively in events, roadshows, residential campaigns, and other assigned marketing activities
Achieve individual and team campaign objectives by applying learned sales techniques and strategies
Attend training sessions and coaching to enhance product knowledge and improve sales skills continuously
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proactive communication skills and willingness to learn in a full-time role
Comfort with direct customer interaction and working towards sales targets
Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential due to provided training
