We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Finance & Vendor Management Analyst to support IT financial operations, vendor coordination, procurement documentation and expenditure tracking. The role involves working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate financial records, timely invoice processing and proper contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Track IT infrastructure budgets, expenditure, forecasts and cost variances.
• Manage purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor contracts, quotations, service agreements and renewal records.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, committed costs and upcoming renewals.
• Prepare financial reports, budget summaries and cost allocation records.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable teams.
• Support monthly reconciliations, accruals, audits and financial reporting.
• Ensure procurement documentation and financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost tracking and vendor management processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, IT finance, procurement or vendor management.
• Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation and budget tracking.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial or procurement systems.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Contract Details

This is a 6-month contract position. Candidates with relevant experience in IT financial operations, infrastructure expenditure or vendor administration are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
