• Provide daily administrative support, including data entry, filing, correspondence and document preparation.

• Maintain accurate records, update tracking sheets and follow up on pending tasks and documents.

• Coordinate appointments, meetings and communication with colleagues, customers or service providers.

• Business Development placement: Support sales documentation, follow up customer information after deals are confirmed, update order records and coordinate handovers to relevant departments.

• Administration & HR placement: Maintain employee, attendance and leave records; assist with interview arrangements, onboarding and office administration.

• Assist with card printing, packing and dispatch when assigned.

• Handle company, employee and customer information confidentially.

• Minimum SPM, certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and digital filing.

• Organised, detail-oriented and consistent in following up tasks.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and working proficiency in English.

• Able to work independently, manage priorities and cooperate with different teams.

• Relevant administrative, sales support or HR experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
