Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in full recruitment cycle.
Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related matters.
Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and filling.
Assist in Payroll Processing
Knowledge on Employment Law
Assist in Work permit / pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
Maintain a good record documents and filling
Manage Manpower site and arrangements
administrative works
Other admin duties as required

Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
Maintain good relationship with staff from all level
REQUIREMENTS:
O level / Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good knowledge on HR system & MOM rules and regulation
